Returns Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange if:

The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

The item is returned with original tags and packaging

The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order
For hygiene reasons, worn or washed items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Non-Returnable Items

Innerwear or nightwear once worn or washed

Return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refunds

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
